Improving existing messaging & assets
When Airweave launched in the United States, a recurring question from executives in Japan was, “who is our customer?” So I developed a series of surveys and launched product reviews to learn more about our customer and why they purchased. Using the data gathered, we developed impactful “Reasons To Believe” statements in the voice of our customer, and created 3D-modeled visuals to accompany. Learning about who our customer was lead to customer personas that guided our advertising.




Achieving the perfect “bounce”
Working with the brand founder and the creative team, we successfully achieved compelling animation to show the differentiation between our mattress material and the competitors.
